Ryonet's RXposure Screen Print Exposure Units are available in a variety of different sizes for screen exposure. These quality aluminum "MADE IN THE USA" exposure units for screen printing are a great way to expose high quality images and fit in about any budget.
 
 
The 20"x24" table top exposure unit is built of extruded aluminum and is undoubtedly one of the best built units on the market. Affordability is important in a start up screen shop, but don't let the price of this unit fool you. With this unit you are able to burn crisp images and bring a professional look to your screen printing shop. The built in automatic timer helps prevent over exposing and gives you the ability to multi-task with an automatic shut off. Average exposure time with this unit is 5 minutes.

With thousands of our standard exposure units in the market, we decided it was time to take the next step and make a quality affordable vacuum exposure unit. One of the most important factors to an optimal exposure is very positive contact between the glass, film, and screen. While this can be done manually with compression using weight and foam, a vacuum efficiently extracts all air between the screen frame, film, and glass to insure an extremely close positive contact. Not only is positive contact easily achieved, but the screen remains light safe under the black neoprene blanket. Add to the vacuum blanket a digital timer, two light safe inspection bulbs, and this unit is as user and time friendly as they come.
We're excited to introduce our new large format R-XL Screen Printing Exposure Unit. Now for thousands less than conventional high end metal halide vacuum exposure units you can create pro quality large format screens. Ryonet's R-XL Exposure Unit can expose up to a 36x48" image which is perfect for printing all over the shirt, sign printing, and other large format graphic printing. By using foam and weight to create positive contact between the screen mesh, positive film, and exposure glass so you can exposure high detail, half tones, and crisp edges.
Introducing Ryonet's NEW X-Vactor XL Digital Vacuum Exposure Unit and Screen Cabinet. With the X-Vactor's stunning success and hundreds of satisfied customers using them every day, we decided to the next step and create a large format vacuum exposure unit!  The X-Vactor XL can expose 2, 23x31" frames at once with up to a 34x48" exposure area. It's available with light safe viewing bulks and comes standard with a 20 screen vented and insulated screen cabinet, digital timer, and Ryonet's Pre-Registration Template.

 

How does it work?  The micro registration unit securely attaches between the screen arm and screen clamp.  To unlock the registration the operator simply loosens the two knobs on top of the unit. Once free you can easily adjust registration by using the easy grip knobs which allow for precise movement. As you look down through the screen you can see the job come into registration, once aligned, tighten the top knobs and your registration will lock into place and hold tight through the job! Keep in mind, the Silver Press Micro Registration attachment also gives you an extra 1" flexibility front to back and left and right for a little more leeway in your screen alignment.

Side clamps add versatility, stability, and flexibility to your screen printing press.  Side clamps also give the screen printing press the capability to fit a roller frame. Side clamps are also great to use if you are swapping out frames between an automatic and manual press.

Specifications.
Press Compatibility. These side clamps are specifically made for Ryonet's Silver Presses and to our knowledge will not work with any other brand of press.  Please specify whether you will be using these side clamps on a 1-4 color press or a 6 color press as the shocks that come with the side clamp kit differ between the color formats.

Selecting the pre-coated screen option allows you to get a jump start on your screen printing venture. For $10 per screen, your screens will arrive coated and ready to expose allowing you to start printing in minutes. Pre-coated screens are sent in a light safe bag. Note: Screens must be opened in a light safe environment. Screens must be exposed with quality films that have an opaque black image. Adding the pre-coated screens option does not add screens to your kit. It adds emulsion to the screens that are already included in your kit.
